I'd like to say things are better. I'd settle for "Things are the same". But alas, secular man wants what he wants, and they are worse. How did we get this President, Barney Frank, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi? The hope, the only hope, is our faith. God has a plan, even if it's to let us all fail. Free Will. We choose. Cause and effect. Then we suffer the consequences of our actions, good or bad. Of course, virtuous living doesn't mean freedom frompain and suffering. it means peace and joy even during pain and suffering.
